Table reservations

Online reservations are handled through the embedded Reservier.at system. Please check the status shown during the booking process and in the subsequent message. A request or a place on the waiting list is not yet a confirmed table reservation.

If you need to change a confirmed reservation or can no longer attend, please use the change or cancellation option provided in your confirmation, or contact us by email as early as possible.

Special conditions, such as those for groups, deposits or cancellation charges, apply only if they have been clearly communicated and validly agreed before a binding booking is made. This information page does not introduce any additional charges.

Gift vouchers

Where gift vouchers are offered online, purchases are made through the embedded Reservier.at voucher function. Before completing your purchase, please review the information about the seller, the voucher, the total price, payment and delivery, as well as the information provided about your statutory right of withdrawal.

The fact that Reservier.at handles the technical process does not, on its own, determine who your contracting party is. The seller is the party expressly identified during checkout. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
