Die Chefin
Strahlend und mit einem charmanten Lächeln empfängt die Restaurant-Chefin ihre Gäste. „Schon in meiner Jugend war es mein Traum, einmal ein eigenes Restaurant zu führen“, so Petra Führich. Vor 28 Jahren hat sie sich diesen Traum dann verwirklicht.
Ansässig ist das Restaurant in der Führichgasse, gleich hinter der Staatsoper, im Herzen von Wien. Mit exzellenter Küche und mit Feingefühl gestaltet, ist das Lokal schon lange ein Ort zum Ankommen, Zusammenkommen und Wiederkommen.
Zum delikat Essen, es sich gemütlich machen und kulinarisch verwöhnt werden. Geführt mit Hingabe und Elan.

Mit unentwegtem Ehrgeiz und Engagement sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und sich auch stetig zu verbessern, auf aktuelle Themen und Erneuerungen in Sachen Food-Trends einzugehen, hat sich die Wienerin mit ihrem österreichischen Restaurant schon lange einen fundamentierten Namen in der Gastro-Szene gemacht.
