The boss
Beaming and with a charming smile, the restaurant chef welcomes her guests. "Even when I was young, it was my dream to run my own restaurant one day," says Petra Führich. She realised this dream 28 years ago.
The restaurant is located in Führichgasse, right behind the State Opera, in the heart of Vienna. With excellent cuisine and sensitively designed, the restaurant has long been a place to arrive, get together and come back to.
To dine delicately, make yourself comfortable and be pampered with culinary delights. Guided with dedication and verve.

She immediately picks up on current topics such as gluten- and lactose-free dishes, vegan dishes, etc., and implements them wonderfully in her constantly changing menu.
With unwavering ambition and commitment to constantly develop and improve, to respond to current topics and innovations in food trends, the Viennese has long since made a solid name for herself in the gastronomic scene with her Austrian restaurant.
